Anshuman Kishore Pandey is a technology leader with over 12 years of experience in building, architecting, and delivering highly reliable and scalable systems across various areas and technologies. He is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Google, where he is responsible for growing credit. Anshuman is a follower of the First-Principles and a hands-on technologist. He is a people's person and an ardent believer in the Customer-First approach. He founded Zooty (fka Ziffi.com and DocSuggest) to solve the problem of finding the right doctor/diagnostic center. He is also the Co-Founder of Goals101, a data-tech company helping banks and financial institutions engage with their customers intelligently. Anshuman has worked with Trilogy as Senior Vice President and Goals101 as Senior Executive Vice President & CTO. At Goals101, he was responsible for design, development, and delivery of the infinite-scale enterprise Transaction Behaviour Intelligence platform, Alpha, which processes 3bn+ consumer data points. He also innovated and delivered a disruptive technology to enhance the Consumer Experience (CX) for banking partners, leading to 4x engagement metrics and more than $500k revenue in FY 2020-21. Anshuman has managed technology deliveries with -6% of the allocated budget, leading to a saving of approximately $500k in the financial year 2019-2020. He has also managed global accreditations including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301. His exemplary team management skills have resulted in less than 1% attrition in the last three years. Anshuman holds a B.Tech. + M.Tech. (Dual Degree) in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Big Data, and Machine Learning.
